This long travel system increases the track width by about 4 inches (to approximately 64″) - meaning your Ranger gains a wider footprint that improves stability and reduces side-to-side lean in turns and over uneven ground, similar to the width you’d see on a RZR 1000 XP with factory offset wheels. It also adds front tire clearance and extra travel, allowing your machine to accommodate larger tires (up to 35″ depending on setup) and deliver smoother ride quality by letting the suspension move more freely over obstacles.
Built for rugged off-road use, this kit includes heavy-duty adjustable control arms made from 1.50″ DOM tubing with .120″ wall thickness, forged pivot blocks, upgraded tie rods, and dual heat-treated CV axles for strength where it matters most. All components are engineered to work together to maintain or improve the Ranger’s suspension geometry, helping to reduce bump steer and keep tires tracking more consistently over rough ground. UV-protected, stainless steel braided brake lines come with the kit for long-lasting, corrosion-resistant performance, and multiple shock absorber mounting locations let you adjust ride height and tuning to match your terrain and preferences.
Installation includes all the necessary arms, axles, tie rods, pivot components, and hardware - and while it’s a comprehensive suspension overhaul, it’s designed to bolt in using existing mounting points on 2021–2026 Polaris Ranger 1000 models.
