The Polaris RZR Pro R is a capable platform out of the box, but true rock crawling demands more clearance, more strength, and fewer snag points. This Rock Series suspension kit was engineered specifically for extreme trail riding and technical rock terrain, reworking critical suspension components to deliver substantial gains in ground clearance and durability where it matters most.
By eliminating factory weak points and redesigning the suspension layout, this kit transforms the Pro R into a purpose-built rock machine that can confidently attack ledges, boulders, and harsh trail obstacles without compromise.
Front Suspension – Fork Delete for Maximum Clearance
The factory front shock fork design is removed entirely, allowing the lower control arms to sit higher and gain a massive 4 inches of additional ground clearance. This redesign not only improves obstacle clearance but also reduces leverage on the shock shaft, helping extend shock life and maintain consistent performance during slow, technical rock crawling.
An eyelet to replace the factory fork is included, ensuring proper shock mounting with the new geometry.
Rear Suspension – Integrated Fixed Toe Trailing Arms
Out back, the factory toe link is eliminated and replaced with a fixed toe design integrated directly into the trailing arm. This change provides an impressive 3.5 inches of added rear ground clearance while removing one of the most common hang-up points on rocky trails.
By integrating the toe into the arm itself, the rear suspension becomes stronger, cleaner, and far less vulnerable to trail damage when navigating tight, technical terrain.
Designed for Strength Over Compromise
Removing the factory dynamic toe adjustment does introduce minor toe variation throughout the suspension cycle. In real-world driving, this change is virtually unnoticeable from the driver’s seat. For aggressive trail riders and rock crawlers, the trade-off is well worth it for the significant gains in clearance, strength, and reliability.
