The Kolpin Front Half Doors for the Polaris Ranger 1000 and XP 1000 (SKU 32000) are built to deliver rugged protection and a professional fit. Made from fully welded 14-gauge steel, these doors withstand trail abuse while protecting occupants from debris. The steel is treated with E-coat and powder-coat finishes to resist corrosion and maintain durability over time.
Installation is straightforward: these doors mount with 8 fasteners per door, and most users complete the installation in around 30 minutes. They use a multi-point mounting system with hinge pins and e-clips, allowing for quick removal or re-attachment as needed.
The doors open forward (just like a truck) with a built-in hinge stop to prevent over-opening. Premium touches include an aluminum door handle and an automotive-style latch that resists rattling. Thick D-trim seals along the lower edge help keep out splash and mud for a cleaner, more enclosed feel.
These doors are designed to be part of a full cab system. You can easily add Kolpin soft upper doors (sold separately) to complete your enclosure. There are also optional door bags that mount to built-in points for added storage.
Fitment for these half doors is very broad within the Ranger line: they work with Polaris Ranger 1000, Ranger XP 1000, and corresponding Crew / Kinetic / Pro-XD models depending on year.
