Shipping Scope
We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We are not able to ship outside the U.S. at this time.
Order Processing
Processing time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.
Order cut-off: 5:00 PM Central Time. Orders placed after the cut-off begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Carriers
All standard site orders ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. We select the carrier based on the item and the destination to get it to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Need it faster? Expedited service is available on most items, but rates vary by size, weight, and destination, so it is not offered as a checkout option. Give us a call at 430-258-6189 and we will get you a quote before you order.
Standard Shipping Rates
Ground shipping on standard-size items is a flat rate based on your order total. There are no calculated or surprise charges at checkout.

Tracking is included on every order.
Oversized & Freight Items
Some products are too large or too heavy to ship by standard ground service and must move by freight carrier. This typically applies to items such as roll cages, cab enclosures, and tire and wheel kits.
These items are handled one of two ways:
- Flat freight rate. Many oversized items have a set shipping cost listed right on the product page. What you see there is what you pay — nothing is added later.
- Quoted freight. For certain items we need to obtain a rate from the freight carrier before we can ship. In that case we will contact you with the quoted cost, get your approval, and collect the remaining balance. Your order is confirmed and released for shipment once that balance is paid.
We will never charge you a freight cost you have not agreed to in advance. If a quote comes back higher than you want to pay, you are free to cancel for a full refund.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow the delivery.
Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your order is delayed, or is marked delivered but has not arrived, start with your tracking link and the carrier. If you still need help, get in touch — we are glad to sort it out.
