Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and American Express.

Order Processing and Shipping

  • Order Shipment: In-stock orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of placement. Orders placed on weekends will ship on the next business day (Monday). If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email.
  • Delivery Timeframe: Most orders are delivered within 5–10 days, depending on your location. Some items may ship separately and arrive at different times. Out-of-stock items are generally replenished within 2–3 days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options (e.g., next-day or 2nd-day air) are available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact us at 903-920-1721 for a quote.
  • Tracking Information: Tracking numbers are emailed when shipments are processed. If your order is shipped from an alternate warehouse, tracking information may not be automatically sent. If you have not received a tracking number, please contact us at 903-920-1721 for assistance.

Backordered Products
If an item is on backorder, we will notify you via email and provide options to:

  • Select a comparable product,
  • Wait for the item to restock, or
  • Cancel the order for a full refund.

Backorders are held for up to 90 days. If the item is not available after this period, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.

Return Policy
We strive to provide top-quality products, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Restocking Fees: In some cases, a restocking fee may apply.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Installed items and windshields (if protective sheeting has been removed) cannot be returned. Special order items are non-returnable.

International Shipping
We ship internationally. Please complete our overseas shipping request form, and we will provide you with a shipping quote as soon as possible.

Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii
We ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but shipping charges may differ from the calculated rates. If additional charges apply, we will contact you before processing your order. If the shipping cost cannot be agreed upon, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Pricing Policy
In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from the error and provide a full refund.
