Climbing out to unlatch and heave up a loaded bed gets old fast when you're spreading gravel, mulch or feed all day. This electric dump bed kit replaces the Can-Am Defender's factory gas struts with a powered actuator, so you can raise the bed with a dash switch from the driver's seat and keep the work moving.

Work Smarter, Not Harder

With the actuator mounted in the stock strut location, the bed lifts on command and clears fully at 29-3/4" of extension. You can dump a load in a controlled pile, then lower the bed and drive off, without stepping out into the mud or the snow.

Built for Real Loads

An 880 lb rating covers most of what a Defender bed carries day to day. The plug-and-play wiring keeps installation simple and clean.

Two Versions

The Defender 6x6 and Pro use a different setup than the rest of the lineup, so pick "6x6 or Pro" or "All Other Models in Fitment" in the option picker. Both cost the same.

Installation Notes

Not compatible with models equipped with factory air conditioning (HVAC), and not compatible with the Defender Limited HD10 or MAX Limited HD10 (see the table). Unload the bed before installing, and keep loads within the 880 lb rating. Instructions are linked below.
