The underside of a Can-Am Defender HD10 carries the engine cases, drivetrain and frame rails only a few inches above every rock, stump and frozen rut. A full skid plate turns that exposed belly into one smooth, slippery surface, so the machine glides over obstacles that would otherwise hang it up or punch a hole in something expensive.

Why ARMW Instead of Aluminum

Aluminum skids dent, gouge and grab on sharp rock. ARMW is a slick UHMW plastic that slides across rocks and logs and won't hold a dent, and at 1/2" thick it absorbs hard hits without cracking. That slipperiness is the real benefit, because the machine keeps moving instead of high-centering.

Smooth From End to End

The panels interlock so there are no edges for a rock to catch, and the bolts sit flush with the surface. The plate attaches directly to the frame for a precise fit and solid support.

Easy to Live With

Drain holes let water and mud wash out, so you can hose the underside clean instead of pulling the skid after every muddy ride.
