A second idler gear spreads the load across twice the surface area to deliver more dependable torque transfer and incredible gear strength. But two idlers only work when they mesh perfectly. That’s why we precision-grind our gears using advanced CNC equipment and make them from ultra-tough 9310 steel alloy.
