Not every X3 rider wants a full windshield, but at speed the wind and dust coming over the hood wear you out. DRT's CAX3WD1 mounts to the lower A-pillar and directs just enough airflow to get the wind out of your face and divert dust away from riders. It is aluminum with removable raw mesh inserts that you can color match, and it adds aggressive styling to the front of the cab.

Installation Notes
Mount the diffuser to the lower A-pillar, drilling the cage as required. Plan the exact position with the diffuser held in place and the seats occupied before you drill, so it sits where it actually deflects air off the driver and passenger. Mark, center-punch and drill the cage carefully, deburr, and coat the bare metal to prevent rust. Remove the mesh panels before painting or powder coating them, and refit them with the original hardware. Recheck all hardware after the first ride and at each service interval.
