The front differential on a Maverick X3 lives in mud, water and grit, and once a seal starts to weep, that crud works its way into the gears. A tired seal is a cheap fix; a dead diff is not. This front differential seal kit gives you double-lipped axle hub seals for both Smart-Lok and Visco-Lok diffs, plus an input shaft seal, so you can reseal the front diff and get back to riding.
Why Reseal the Front Diff
Hard riding means a lot of wear and tear on the seals. Damaged seals let dirt, water and debris into the differential, and that's how gears and bearings die early. Swapping the seals at the first sign of leaking, or anytime the diff is apart, is the best insurance you can buy for your front end.
Durable Double-Lipped Seals
No matter what kind of riding you do, you need seals that keep the trail out of your gears. These are high-quality, double-lipped seals, built to be incredibly durable and to hold up through mud, water crossings and dusty miles.
Fits Smart-Lok and Visco-Lok
The kit includes hub seals in both sizes, so it works whether your X3 has a Smart-Lok or a Visco-Lok front differential. Use the 35 mm seals for Smart-Lok and the 25 mm seals for Visco-Lok.
