Not everybody wants to be closed in. A half windshield on the Can-Am Maverick X3 keeps sticks, bugs and roost off your chest while keeping the open-cab feel and a clear view over the top. This one stands 14" tall, has a forward-facing lip that pushes air up and over the cab, and comes in clear or dark tint polycarbonate, with a scratch resistant hard-coated option for riders who spend a lot of time in the brush.

Protection Without Closing In the Cab

The half windshield blocks the sticks and flying debris that come at you and your passenger on the trail, without the stuffy feel of a full windshield. The polycarbonate is contoured to the X3's hood with a full-length rubber seal along the bottom, so it fits clean and doesn't let air whistle through underneath.

Scratch Resistant Polycarbonate

The scratch resistant version is 1/4" polycarbonate hard coated on both sides for years of use. It's 250 times stronger than glass and nearly as abrasion resistant as glass, so it can take hits from rocks, bushes, and branches without scratching or scuffing. The coating also protects against chemical and UV attack.

Standard Polycarbonate

If you don't need the extra scratch protection, the standard version is the same tough 1/4" polycarbonate without the hard coat. It's still practically unbreakable and keeps the elements and debris away from you, which makes it a great choice for the casual rider. It's offered in clear or dark tint.
