Can-Am Maverick X3 Heavy-Duty Tie Rod End Replacement Kit, 4130 Chromoly

When a heim end on your heavy-duty tie rods finally wears out, you shouldn't have to buy the whole tie rod again. This replacement tie rod end kit for the Can-Am Maverick X3 lets you swap just the end, with a monoball bearing pressed into a 4130 chromoly housing and locked in with a circlip. It's built bigger and tougher than an OEM tie rod end, because steering is nothing to skimp on.

Note: This replacement kit will not work with stock tie rods. It only works with the matching heavy-duty tie rod bars (stock width, long travel, and Z-Bend), like our Can-Am Maverick X3 Heavy-Duty Tie Rod Kit. Threads are M14 x 1.5 left-hand.

Installation

Thread the new end onto the tie rod bar in place of the worn one, set your alignment, and lock it down. If you are not sure how to set toe, have a shop check the alignment after install.
