Installation Notes
Remove the factory doors, transfer the latches and hinges, and make the cuts and holes the instructions call for. Hang the doors and adjust the latch strikers for a firm close. Before drilling, check behind the panel or tube for wiring, lines and hoses. Deburr each hole and seal bare metal with paint so it cannot rust. Good to know: the doors reuse the factory latches and hinges, so they open and close like stock. Fit the doors before final-tightening any fender hardware so you can line up the gaps. Wash the ABS with mild soap. A plastic-safe protectant restores the black finish if it fades in the sun.
