Strengthen the frame of a 2024-and-newer Polaris RZR XP 1000 or RZR XP 4 1000 before big tires, lift kits or portal gear lifts put extra stress on it. Frame stiffeners and gusset plates spread the load around the suspension mounting points, where factory frames are most likely to flex or crack after hard landings and rock crawling.
Plan on a frame stiffener if you are adding portals, a long travel kit, a tall lift or tires much larger than stock, or if you ride hard in rocks and whoops.
