An open front cage leaves the cockpit open to branches and debris. DRT's intrusion bar kit for the Maverick R OEM cage closes that gap with a 1.50" crossbar and 1.25" vertical bars, placed to protect without blocking the driver's view, and adds real strength to the front of the cage.

Installation Notes
Bolt-in. Clamp the crossbar collars to the cage, then fit the vertical bars between the top plate and the crossbar couplers. Square everything before final tightening. Recheck all hardware after the first ride and at regular service intervals. Care: rinse mud and road salt off the powder coat after rides and wash with mild soap. Touch up chips with black paint promptly so bare steel does not rust. Before a trip, look over the welds and mounting points for damage after hard hits.
