This long travel system widens and strengthens your Defender’s suspension by replacing the factory arms with heavy-duty adjustable control arms made from 1.50″ DOM steel with .120″ wall thickness, offering a much tougher setup that stands up to aggressive riding. The kit also includes front and rear dual heat-treated CV axles for added strength where it matters most, heavy-duty tie rods, and a full steering and brake line extension kit to ensure everything works correctly through the increased range of motion.
One of the biggest benefits you’ll notice right away is the wider track width, increased from the factory 64″ to about 77″ total, giving your Defender a broader stance that improves stability on uneven terrain and helps reduce tipping or body lean in corners. The added front tire clearance lets you run larger tires with fewer rub issues and improves traction and balance in tough conditions.
