Modern automotive quality vents are used - not something that looks like it was made in the '50s. So, they match the modern styling of your UTV. Most of our kits use custom-made solid CNC machined Y connection fittings, so there is no chance of leaking welds. We endeavor to use quality parts and hardware in all our kits.
This Under Dash Heater kit has 4 Vents and fits behind the dash for maximum heat directly into the cab. Other aftermarket brands mount their heaters under the Driver Seat which leads to poor airflow and low heat output by the time the warmed air gets to the dash. This kit comes with a compact yet powerful heater with a Hi/Lo Dash Switch and delivers 14,600 BTU*. Modern automotive quality adjustable vents direct the heat were you need it. Two 2" vents on each side of the center dash direct heat toward the occupants bodies while two additional center-mounted vents defrost the windshield. A unique feature of this kit is that the heater's air intake comes from inside the cab where the air is cleaner and warmer. Warmer air means more available heat for you inside the cab. This kits is supplied with custom Brass Y fittings that connect directly to the engine's cooling system for fast heat (No MaxStat is needed for this). The kit also includes custom CNC laser cut mounting brackets, three different hole saws, heater hoses, duct hoses, Custom made 304 Stainless Steel hose clamps that feature a bevels slip ring to protect the coolant hoses for cuts, Switch, wiring harness, and templates. The instructions are written with the DIY'er in mind and are loaded with color images.
