The Honda Pioneer Bumper with integrated Front Brush Guard and Winch Mount is built for both strength and style, designed to fit the Pioneer 500 (2015–2025) and Pioneer 520 (2021–2025). Constructed from heavy-duty 11-gauge and 3/16-inch steel, this Honda Pioneer brush guard provides solid front-end protection while keeping your winch mounted high above mud and water. Precision laser-cut and CNC-formed, it ensures a perfect fit and easy installation with the included hardware. This guard is compatible with most UTV winches up to 3,500 lbs, fitting both standard and wide spool bolt patterns, and also supports the Viper V2 4500 lb winch. Finished in a durable textured black powder coat, it installs in minutes and delivers long-lasting performance on the trail.
