Polaris General 1000 & General 4 1000 Dynojet Power Vision 3 ECU Tuner, 2016-2022, Raised Speed & Rev Limiters

The Polaris General splits the difference between a work machine and a trail machine, and the Dynojet Power Vision 3 helps it do both better. The preloaded tune raises the speed and rev limiters and adjusts engine timing for more horsepower, so your General 1000 pulls harder on climbs and keeps building speed on open trail. It installs through the diagnostic port in a few minutes, and there's no wiring or disassembly.

What the Tune Changes

• Speed and rev limiters raised for more top-end and a longer pull in each gear range.
• Ignition timing adjusted for added horsepower and a crisper throttle.
• Two-foot driving lets you hold the brake and stay on the throttle without a power cut, a big help on steep, rocky descents and ledges.
• Lower fan temperatures keep the ProStar twin cooler during slow, technical riding.
• Faster limp mode so you can still get home at a decent pace if a sensor faults.
• Restore stock anytime from the saved factory file.

Ride With Live Data

The full-color display reads clearly in sunlight and shows RPM, coolant temperature, wheel speed and more while you ride. Leave it plugged in as an extra gauge and data logger, then use the included Power Core software to review rides and adjust your tune at home. It's a real diagnostic tool, too, which helps when you're chasing an overheating problem or an intermittent fault.

Before You Order

The Power Vision 3 pairs to the first ECU it flashes and can't be reset or used with another machine. Because of that, ECU tuners are non-returnable. Check your year and trim against the chart, and ask us if you're unsure.

Older and Newer Generals

The list covers both the early EPS-era Generals and the 2020-2022 refresh. If you're not sure which you have, check the model year on your registration or VIN label and match it to the chart. Either way, the tune gives the same kind of change: a stronger pull out of corners and a higher ceiling on the straights.

Install Notes

Plug the tuner into the General's diagnostic port, select install and let it run for a few minutes. Afterward, mount it for live readings or keep it handy for future tune updates.
