Billet Aluminum Clutch Housing
When it comes to destroying clutches, we know a thing or two. We know exactly where OEM clutches fail—and we’ve worked to fix it. SuperATV’s Primary Clutch Assembly is built from 100% 6061-T6 billet aluminum. It’s way tougher than the cast aluminum Polaris uses in stock General clutches. It’s naturally balanced, eliminating the need for balancing holes used by factory clutches. That means it’s stronger and less likely to be compromised by dirt, water, or other debris.
Chromoly Steel Pins and Spider Rollers
We use 4140 chromoly steel for the pins and spider rollers. They’re both smoother and stronger than factory, so you can really push your General to the max. Combined, this clutch is way stronger than OEM—and it’ll eat fewer belts. That’s the kind of engineering and performance you should expect from SuperATV.
