A torn inner CV boot lets dirt into the joint, and the joint fails soon after. DRT's front inner CV boot guards put thick formed aluminum plate between the front inner boots and the debris thrown up by the tires on the Pro R, Turbo R and Pro S. The kit also includes OEM replacement support brackets that secure the factory front bumper.

Installation Notes
The guards and support brackets bolt in place, and one hole has to be drilled in the front bulkhead. Deburr it and touch up any bare metal. Recheck the hardware after the first ride and at each service interval. Care: rinse off mud and road salt after rides and wash with mild soap. Touch up powder coat chips promptly so the metal underneath stays protected.
