The Volt Series Front Winch Bumper for the Polaris RZR Pro R and Polaris RZR Turbo R is built for riders who want a cleaner, tighter fitting front bumper that still adds real protection, recovery capability, and lighting options without turning the front of the machine into a bulky mess.
One of the biggest advantages of this bumper is how tightly it fits to the front end of the RZR. Instead of hanging far out in front of the machine like many winch bumpers, the Volt Series keeps everything tucked in close while still integrating a hidden winch mount behind the center skid section. That gives the front of the machine a much cleaner look while helping protect the winch from brush, mud, and trail debris.
The bumper is designed around standard UTV winches and has been test fit with the Warn VRX 4500, though other compact winches may also work. Because of the tight fitment, larger bulky winches may not clear properly, which is something many low-profile bumpers struggle with.
Beyond winch capability, the Volt Series also integrates mounting provisions for a 10-inch light bar, including included brackets and a universal light mounting pattern. That makes it easy to add forward lighting without stacking additional brackets and mounts all over the front of the machine.
Construction features a durable hammer black powder coat finish combined with satin black aluminum accent panels, giving the bumper a more finished look compared to basic all-steel bumpers. Installation is fully bolt-on using factory mounting locations, so there’s no cutting or fabrication required.
Overall, this bumper works well for Pro R and Turbo R owners looking for something that adds functional front-end protection and winch capability while still keeping the aggressive body lines and wide stance of the machine intact instead of covering everything up with oversized tubing.
***Note*** We have only tested a few winches (Warn VRX 4500). This is a slim tight fitting bumper and may not work with larger bulkier winches.
