On 2025 and later Pro Series RZRs, the fresh air duct system breathes through openings in the front fenders, right where mud, water and debris hit. DRT's kit covers those openings with CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet mesh in black e-coat with machined contrast details. The open mesh adds protection without heavily restricting airflow.

Installation Notes
Position each insert in the fender opening, mark and drill the few required holes, and bolt it in. Care: wash with mild soap and water. Remove the covers now and then to clean the factory mesh behind them, especially after dusty rides, so airflow is not restricted. Good to know: these inserts are machined from solid billet rather than stamped sheet, which gives them crisp edges and a three-dimensional finish. They are designed for the 2025+ Pro Series front fender only, so earlier Pro XP, Pro R and Turbo R bodies use different vent kits, such as the {L:20005IV06101}.
