Worn A-arm bushings make a 2024-2025 Polaris RZR XP 1000 feel loose and vague, with clunks over bumps and steering that wanders. This bushing kit rebuilds all four front A-arms with UHMW bushings that run smoother and last much longer than the factory parts, for less than the cost of replacing them with OEM.
Highlights
- Made from self-lubricating UHMW plastic
- Very low wear for more miles than stock bushings
- CNC machined for a precise fit
- Enough bushings to rebuild all four front A-arms
- Includes steel sleeves, wear plates and snap rings
Why UHMW
UHMW (ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene) is one of the most durable bushing materials available. It has extremely low wear characteristics and lubricates itself, so it doesn't need grease to move freely and it actually gets smoother as it wears in. That means a tight, quiet front end for a long time.
Signs Your Bushings Are Worn
- Clunking from the front end over bumps
- Side-to-side play when you rock the A-arm by hand
- Uneven tire wear or steering that won't hold a line
What's in the Box
- (12) UHMW bushings
- (4) Steel sleeves
- (12) Wear plates
- (2) 27 mm snap rings
- (2) 32 mm snap rings
Who It's For and What Pairs Well
For 2024 and 2025 RZR XP and XP 4 owners whose front suspension is getting sloppy. While the arms are off, consider fresh ball joints from 2024+ RZR XP A-arms.
