Slow, hot crawling, deep mud and sand dunes all push the cooling system on a Polaris RZR XP 1000 to its limit, and a stock radiator packed with mud or tired from years of use can't always keep up. This heavy-duty radiator is a direct OEM-fit replacement built from 100% aluminum with high-efficiency air fins, and it gives you 26% more cooling capacity than the OE radiator. It fits the XP 1000 and XP 4 1000 (not High Lifter Edition models).
Highlights
- 26% improved cooling capacity over the OE radiator
- 100% aluminum construction
- OEM fit
- Engineered for high-performance engines
- High-efficiency air fins
More Cooling, Same Fit
This is a one-up cooling upgrade: it drops in where the factory radiator goes, but moves more heat. The extra 26% capacity gives you more margin on hot days, at low speed in technical terrain, and on machines with engine upgrades, bigger tires or extra load that make the engine work harder.
Built for Performance Engines
All-aluminum construction sheds heat well and resists corrosion, and the high-efficiency fins pull more heat out of the coolant with every pass of air. It's engineered with high-performance engines in mind, so it suits both stock machines that run hot and modified RZRs.
What's in the Box
- Heavy-duty aluminum radiator
- Installation instructions
Only the radiator is included. Mounting brackets are not included; reuse your factory brackets.
Who It's For and What Pairs Well
This radiator is for RZR XP 1000 and XP 4 1000 owners fighting high temps, replacing a damaged radiator, or building a machine that works harder than stock. Mud riders who keep packing the radiator should also look at the radiator relocation kit in RZR XP 1000 performance parts (4-seat: RZR XP 4 1000 performance parts), which moves it up out of the muck. A snorkel kit from the same category keeps water out of the intake.
