The RZR XP 1000 is an awesome machine to get wild with, and with portals, a big lift and massive tires there's not much that can beat it, except a bent frame. This weld-in gusset kit reinforces the frame tabs and shear points that take the abuse, with laser-cut 3/16" steel pieces shaped for specific spots on the chassis. Choose the front kit or the full 25-gusset front and rear kit for the XP 1000 or XP 4 1000.

Beef Up the Frame
Big upgrades put big loads into the frame. The gussets strengthen the frame tabs and shear points where the factory chassis tends to bend or crack, so the RZR is ready for whatever you throw at it.
Heavy-Duty 3/16" Steel Gussets
Every gusset is laser cut from 3/16" steel and designed for a particular place on the frame, which maximizes strength while keeping the amount of welding reasonable. They reinforce the A-arm mounts, shock mounts and critical shear points, so you can ride with confidence knowing the frame's backbone has been beefed up.

Who It's For and What Pairs Well
This kit is for builders adding portals, a big lift or big tires, and for hard-charging riders who've already bent a tab. It's a weld-in kit, so it's best for owners comfortable with a welder or with access to a fab shop. Pair it with the bolt-on frame stiffener in RZR XP 1000 chassis and frame parts (4-seat: RZR XP 4 1000 frame and chassis), and plan the rest of the build with RZR XP 1000 lift kits and RZR XP 1000 portal gear lifts.

Installation
Each gusset is welded to its designated spot on the frame, and extended bolts are included for the mounting points that need them. Protect wiring, lines and plastics from heat and spatter while you weld. Separate instructions for the front and the front-and-rear kits are below.
