Polaris used an M14 steering rack on the 2015-2018 XP 1000 and the 2016 XP Turbo, then moved to M16. This DRT HD kit is the M14 version. It replaces the OEM rod ends with billet 6061-T6 tie rods that clear all suspension and steering parts through full travel, and its proprietary inner ball joint keeps the OEM bellow sealed.

Installation Notes
Works with the OEM M14 rack and replaces the OEM rod ends. Count the turns as you remove each OEM tie rod or rod end and copy that length so the toe stays close, then get a full alignment before you drive hard. After install, confirm every jam nut is tight and set with thread locker, and paint-mark each nut so movement is easy to spot. Inspect the jam nuts before every ride. Care: check the inner ball joint bellows for tears at every service, since a torn boot lets grit into the rack. Turn the steering lock to lock with the wheels off the ground to confirm clearance at full droop.
