The front of a Polaris RZR XP Turbo is all plastic, headlights and grille, which is the first thing to take a hit from a tree branch, rock or another machine. This Front Bumper wraps the whole front end in 1.75" x 1/16" wall DOM steel tubing, with coverage around the headlights, grille and body plastic. The tubing is bent to follow the Turbo's predator-style nose, finished in UV-resistant powder coat, and capped with CNC-machined ends. It's 100% bolt-on for the 2016-2021 XP Turbo and XP 4 Turbo.

DOM (drawn over mandrel) tubing is a strong, uniform steel tube. Here it runs around the headlights and across the grille and front plastics, so the bumper takes the hit instead of expensive body panels and light housings.

Installation Notes
The bumper bolts to the frame with the supplied hardware. Leave all bolts snug until the bumper is centered, then torque them down.
