Adding a tune to a Polaris RZR XP Turbo S raises boost, and the factory charge tube is one of the first parts to struggle with it. This Silicone Charge Tube is 40% larger than stock for better airflow and is built from four layers of heat-resistant silicone, so it stays sealed and holds up when boost pressure climbs.
Highlights
- 40% larger than stock for higher boost pressure and airflow
- Four layers of heat-resistant silicone
- Burst tested to 100 PSI
- Ports for the MAP sensor, blow-off valve and a boost gauge
- Positive seal prevents boost leaks
- Reuses the OEM T-clamps
Why Silicone Works Better
Managing heat and airflow is the whole job of a charge tube. Silicone handles heat well and stays flexible, so instead of cracking or bursting under pressure it adapts and keeps its shape. Four plies give it the strength to stay sealed up to 100 PSI, far beyond what a tuned Turbo S makes.
More Air, Fewer Leaks
The larger diameter lets more air move from the turbo to the engine, and the positive seal keeps it from leaking out at the joints. A leak in a charge tube means lost boost and lost power, so a solid seal matters as much as size.
Every Port You Need
There's no trade-off between reliability and function. The tube keeps the MAP sensor and blow-off valve ports and adds an extra port for a boost gauge, handy for monitoring a tuned machine.
Signs Your Charge Tube Needs Attention
- A whistle or hiss under boost
- Power that falls off at high RPM
- Oil residue or cracks on the stock tube or its joints
What's in the Box
- Silicone charge tube with MAP, BOV and boost gauge ports

Installation Notes
Bring your own basic hand tools. Remove the stock charge tube, move the sensor and BOV over, fit the new tube and tighten the OEM T-clamps evenly. Check for leaks on the first test ride.
