How much dust will it separate?

The Particle Separator 2 for the RZR Pro R will separate at least 96.6% of the dust just like it does on other vehicles. With less dust on your filter, your engine will produce more power.

How about airflow?

Since this UTV has a more powerful engine, we have added more of our patented vortexes, so that your vehicle gets all the airflow it needs to maximize performance.

Note: 2025 body panels around the Particle Separator need to be trimmed. Trim guides are included with the kit. If you bought the kit before we started including templates, please call and ask for HP2072-00.

MOUNTS UNDER THE FENDER.

The Particle Separator 2 for the RZR Pro R 2.0L will be a self contained unit that is mounted under the fender on the driver side. By self-contained, we mean that the housing itself will be assembled and tested at our factory thus avoiding any potential mating errors in the field. As with all S&B products, this unit will look like it shipped from the Polaris factory.

The Particle Separator for the RZR Pro R comes with an automatic variable speed scavenge fan. When you're at idle or the vehicle's RPM is low, the fan speed is lower allowing you to talk and listen to music without hearing the fan. Once you hit the gas, the scavenge fan instantaneously accelerates to provide maximum protection for your filter. It’s the best of both worlds.
