Wider, Stronger, and Built for Big Tires
If you want to take your CFMOTO UFORCE U10 Pro as far as it can go, this 4" Long Travel Kit is the way to do it. It widens the machine 4" per side (8" overall), adds a 1.5" forward offset front and rear, and gives you room to run 35" tires. If you're after stability, ground clearance, and serious strength, this kit covers all three.
Everything You Need in One Kit
The kit comes with what you need for a straightforward install: A-arms, tie rods, bushings, and four Rhino 2.0 axles, all built tougher than stock. The only thing not included is ball joints. You can reuse your stock ones, or order the kit with ball joints already installed to make the job even easier.
Atlas Pro A-Arms
The Atlas Pro A-arms are made to take serious abuse and still look good on your machine. They use 38 mm OD tubing, with 1/4" wall DOM at the shock mounts for extra strength where it's needed most. The rest of the arm uses 3.5 mm chromoly tubing to stay tough without adding unnecessary weight. A UV-resistant powder coat keeps them looking new ride after ride.
UHMW Bushings
Heavy-duty UHMW bushings come with the kit because they outlast and outperform stock bushings. They're self-lubricating and stay smooth under load. That means less wear, a tighter-feeling suspension, and a ride that stays consistent even after a lot of hard miles.
Billet Aluminum Hex Tie Rods
When you push your U10 Pro harder, the steering has to keep up. The billet aluminum hex tie rods are strong without adding extra weight, so you get precise, confident steering on rough trails. They're paired with heat-treated chromoly tie rod ends to strengthen the weakest point in the steering system.
Rhino 2.0 Axles Included
A long travel kit isn't complete without axles that can handle it, so four Rhino 2.0 axles are included. They're stronger than stock with a larger shaft, made from 4340 chromoly steel to handle hard use in tough terrain. Their high-articulation design also helps keep CV temperatures down for more consistent, reliable performance when you're riding hard.
Option: SDi Terrain Master 2.1 Shocks
You can reuse your stock shocks, or upgrade to SDi Terrain Master 2.1 shocks for better control and consistency with aggressive riding and big suspension setups. High-flow pistons, piggyback reservoirs, and an oversized compression adjuster let you tune them precisely while keeping performance predictable. They're made with lightweight aluminum and hardened, chrome-coated shafts, so they can handle the extra travel and rough riding.
Option: Preinstalled Ball Joints
Skip the extra shop time and cost by ordering the kit with ball joints already installed. You won't be stuck pressing out old parts and putting everything back together. It's a faster install with fewer headaches and less money spent, so you get to the trail sooner.
Note: If you don't choose preinstalled ball joints when you order, you'll need to reuse your stock ball joints.
Heavy-Duty Ball Joints
The heavy-duty ball joints are made from 4340 VAR steel and zinc plated to resist wear. They're adjustable and have easy-to-reach grease zerks, so maintenance is simple. They can handle twice the force of a stock ball joint.
Keller Ball Joints
Keller ball joints use a two-piece design that doesn't need a snap ring. They thread right into the A-arm like a nut and bolt, which makes them nearly impossible to pull out. They have a strong chromoly steel stud and a tool-steel body, so they're a good choice for bigger machines, larger tires, and heavier builds. They're also greaseable and rebuildable, so you can keep them going for the long haul.
