Can-Am Maverick 1000R & Maverick Turbo Dynojet Power Vision 3 ECU Tuner, Up to 20 HP Gain, 2015-2018

The original Maverick 1000R and Maverick Turbo are still tough, capable machines, but their factory calibrations hold back a lot of power. The Dynojet Power Vision 3 unlocks it. The preloaded tune adjusts engine timing for a gain of up to 20 horsepower and raises the speed and rev limiters, so your Maverick pulls harder and runs longer before it signs off. It's simple enough that beginners can install it in minutes.

What the Tune Does

• Up to 20 HP more. Timing changes in the tune add serious power to the Rotax twin.
• Raised speed and rev limiters so you can carry speed further down the trail or across the dunes.
• Two-foot driving. Brake and throttle work together without a power cut, which helps with left-foot braking through corners and on technical climbs.
• Lower fan temps for a cooler-running engine during slow trail sections.
• Faster limp mode so you aren't stuck crawling if a sensor throws a fault.
• Can be returned to stock at any time with the saved factory file.

Ride With It Plugged In

You don't have to park your Maverick to use this tuner. Leave it connected and the full-color screen becomes a live readout of RPM, coolant temperature, wheel speed and more. It logs that data, too, so you can dig into it later on your computer with the included Power Core software. When something isn't right, it's a useful diagnostic tool, and when you add a clutch kit, exhaust or intake, Power Core lets you tweak the tune to match.

Fitment

This tuner covers 2015-2018 Maverick 1000R, Turbo, XC, X DS, X RS, X MR and MAX models as listed. It does not fit the Maverick X3, Maverick Sport or Maverick Trail.

Before You Buy

The Power Vision 3 pairs to your Maverick's ECU the first time it flashes and can't be reset or moved to another machine. Because of that, ECU tuners are non-returnable. Check your trim and year carefully, and contact us if you need help confirming fitment.

Why Tune an Older Maverick

A lot of these machines have years of riding left in them, and a tune is one of the few upgrades that makes the whole machine feel different on day one. You'll notice it in the way the Maverick pulls out of corners and climbs hills, and in how much longer it keeps pulling before the limiter steps in.
