On the Maverick R, the central air inlet feeds a chamber that supplies the intercooler and the engine air intake. DRT's aluminum vent opens that path for more airflow and a denser charge to the motor. It is laser cut from 6061-T6, preformed to the grille curvature and powder coated semi-gloss black, and it mounts to the trimmed OEM grille frame on the factory studs.

Installation Notes
Trim the OEM Central Air Inlet Grille frame as DRT directs, then mount the vent on the factory studs. Trimming is permanent, so measure twice. Care: wash with mild soap and water. Remove the covers now and then to clean the factory mesh behind them, especially after dusty rides, so airflow is not restricted.
