Installation Notes
The steel frame mounts at OEM locations, then the enclosure attaches to it. Test the latches and the strut action before loading. Care: wash with mild soap and water, keep the lid seal and latch areas free of grit, and do not exceed a sensible load on the lid, spreading weight evenly and strapping it down. Planning a full rear setup: the enclosure works with the DRT Tire Carrier V2.0 (support brackets included) and holds the DRT Universal Tactical Rigid Cooler V2.0 (36 Pack), sold separately. That means you can carry a spare, a cooler and locked-up gear together. Weigh your loaded setup and check rear suspension preload if you regularly carry heavy cargo.
