Can-Am Maverick X3 Weld-In Frame Gusset Kit, 16 Gussets with Stiffener

The Can-Am Maverick X3 pairs a heavyweight turbo engine with a lightweight frame, and hard jumps, whoops, and ditch hits find the weak spots at frame tabs and shear points. This weld-in gusset kit reinforces those areas with 16 heavy-duty 3/16" steel gussets and a frame stiffener, front and rear, so you can go big and ride hard with more confidence in the chassis.

Bolster the Backbone

Frame tabs and mounts take the brunt of every landing and impact. The gussets in this kit are welded in to spread those loads and stiffen the areas that tend to crack or bend first, including the A-arm mounts, upper shock mount tabs, trailing arm mounts, and frame supports. The included frame stiffener adds more strength up front.

Plan the Install

This is a weld-in kit, so it requires welding equipment and experience, or a fabrication shop. Gussets go on best with the area cleaned to bare metal, and you'll want to protect the welds afterward with paint or powder coat. If your X3 is getting a lift, portals, or long travel kit, it's smart to gusset the frame at the same time while things are apart.
