STANDARD EXHAUST RETURN POLICY
EVP exhaust systems are manufactured by hand in the U.S.A. Therefore, we are unable to cancel exhaust orders once they have been placed. If a dealer/customer wishes to return an exhaust, they must pay return shipping as well as a 20% restocking fee.
Each EVP exhaust system is hand built specific for the application. We don’t use “off-the-shelf” mufflers like all other UTV exhaust manufacturers. By building each muffler specific to the vehicle, we make sure there is a no compromise fit and the sound is tuned to perfection without being obnoxious. For the Maverick R specifically, the EVP downpipe has a Schedule 10 cast stainless steel elbow directly behind the turbo connection. This is to prevent the pipe from being “blowtorched” out. This area is critical because the exhaust gasses leaving the turbocharger are hottest at this point. Most use standard 16 gauge low grade stainless which will eventually fail at this weak spot.

Developed from the ground up with feedback from our top Can-Am racers and race teams who have been testing various systems of ours since the release of the Maverick R. This exhaust is Baja tested and approved, short course approved by Kyle Chaney and all-around has winning performance and sound!
This system is the culmination of 10 months of race development, not only to get the most performance but to have a reliable system that can withstand the harsh race environment while maintaining an intoxicating exhaust noise that is not loud. Eliminating the loud pitch in the cab with a light hum while keeping the ruthless notes of the powerband out the back, this exhaust sounds phenomenal and allows the driver to focus on the win. There are several race exhaust systems on the market, but NONE of them compare to our R&D process, craftsmanship, and level of detail our system has overall. The downpipe has a 3" diameter and is paired with quick-connect muffler clamps and V-band downpipe clamps, the exhaust is integrated for easy and fast installation and removal.
