To convert the KRX 1000's factory WARN winch from steel cable to synthetic rope, you need a hawse fairlead. But the OEM roller fairlead uses a different bolt pattern and a larger opening. DRT's plate replaces Kawasaki OEM 13272-2847 and converts both, so you can run the DRT 6 in hawse fairlead or any 6.0 in wide-spool hawse. It is powder coated to match OEM and reuses the factory hardware.

Installation Notes
Remove the OEM roller fairlead and plate, install the DRT plate with the OEM hardware, and bolt on a 6.0 in hawse fairlead. Replace the steel cable with synthetic rope, following the rope maker's spooling instructions. Recovery safety: use rated shackles and straps, never exceed the rating of the weakest link, keep bystanders well clear of the line, and drape a damper over a winch line or strap under load.
