Installation Notes
Bolts to the bed rails. Tilt the bed through its full range after installing to confirm clearance. Recheck the hardware after the first ride and at each service interval. Care: rinse off mud and road salt and wash with mild soap. Touch up powder coat chips promptly so the metal underneath stays protected. Light it right: wire auxiliary lights through a fused relay harness and route the wiring away from the bed pivot so it does not pinch when the bed tilts. Load sensibly: spread weight evenly, strap everything down with rated straps, and remember that weight carried high or far behind the rear axle changes how the machine handles.
