Polaris RZR 900 / XP 1000 / S 1000 / XP 900 Full Windshield - 1/4" Hard-Coated Polycarbonate by Evolution

The 2014-2019 RZR 900 and XP 1000 generation is everywhere on trails, and a lot of them are now family cars that ride in every season. This Evolution full windshield closes off the front of the cab with hard-coated 1/4 in. polycarbonate that keeps dust, bugs, rain and cold wind off the driver and passenger. Four ABS clamps hold it to the cage with no drilling.

Why It Works on the RZR 900 / XP 1000

• Cut for the RZR 900, 900-4 and 900-S, XP 900, XP 1000 and XP-4 1000, S 1000 and S4 1000 in the years below.
• Hard-coated surface per Moto Alliance to help resist scratches from dust and trail brush.
• Bottom seal is shaped to the RZR hood so air and dust do not sneak in under the glass.

Care and Riding Tips

• Rinse dust off with plenty of water before you wipe. Dry-wiping a dusty windshield is what scratches it.
• Use a plastic-safe cleaner and a soft microfiber cloth.
• On fast dry trails, a roof keeps the windshield from creating a dust swirl back into the cab.
• Check the clamps after the first couple of rides and snug them if they loosened.
• Store the car out of direct sun when you can to keep the polycarbonate clear for years.

Installation Notes

Wipe down the cage where the clamps go, rest the windshield on the hood so the rubber strip sits flat, then fit the four ABS clamps with the hardware provided. Tighten them evenly and stop once the windshield is firm; over-tightening can stress the polycarbonate. Instructions come with the windshield.
