Coated Inside and Out
Both faces of the polycarbonate carry XR Optic hard coating, which resists scratches and abrasion and keeps the panel from yellowing or developing sun spots. The base material is 1/4-inch polycarbonate, tough enough for rocks, branches and even a rollover.
Everything Needed to Install
The kit includes the actuators, rocker switch, wiring and all mounting hardware. Quality gaskets and seals close up the gaps once it's tightened down, so the windshield is quiet whether it's open or shut.
Power Flip vs. Manual Flip
- Power flip (this one): opens and closes while you drive, stops at any angle, and anyone in the cab can operate it with one switch
- Manual flip windshield: lower cost and no wiring, but limited to its latch positions and you have to reach the windshield to change it

Installation Notes
Install the mounts and actuators on the cage, hang the windshield, then mount the rocker switch in the dash and route the wiring to a switched power source. Follow the instructions carefully for actuator alignment so the panel closes evenly against its seal. This windshield is not compatible with aftermarket intrusion bars.
