Temperature Control From the Seat
The vents are the reason to choose this windshield over a plain full panel. Each one opens with a push, so you can crack them half open for a light breeze on a mild ride, swing them fully open when the sun is out, then close them again when you drop into a shaded creek bottom or the evening cools off. Because they hold their position on rough ground, you set them once and forget them.

Polycarbonate is the most impact-resistant windshield material you can put on a side-by-side. Rocks thrown by the machine ahead, low branches and hard landings won't crack it, and the 1/4-inch thickness keeps it stiff at speed. It's the kind of windshield you can drive hard behind without babying it.
Care Tips
Rinse dust off with plenty of water before touching the panel, then wipe with a soft microfiber cloth. Skip paper towels and ammonia-based cleaners, which haze polycarbonate, and work the vents now and then so grit doesn't build up in the hinges.

Installation Notes
The windshield bolts on with the included clamps and hardware, no drilling. Set it on the hood, center it on the cage, tighten the clamps evenly, then test the vents in all three positions before your first ride.
