Polaris RZR XP 1000 & XP 4 1000 RackBoss 2.0 Steel Bar Tie Rod Kit, 1" Solid Bar, 3/4" Heims

When you slam the pedal down in a Polaris RZR XP 1000, the machine needs to go exactly where you point it, even with heavy tires and rocks trying to knock the wheels around. This tie rod kit uses 1" diameter solid steel bars that won't buckle, outer heim joint ends and rebuildable inner ball and sockets, all joined with huge 3/4" threads, which turns the usual weak point into the strongest. It fits RackBoss 2.0 racks and 2019-2023 OEM racks on the XP 1000 and XP 4 1000.

Who It's For and What Pairs Well

This kit is for hard-hitting riders on big tires who want the strongest stock-length tie rods available. High Lifter and Trails & Rocks editions from 2019-2023 are not supported, so check the fitment table. If you own a 2014-2018 machine, you'll need the RackBoss 2.0 rack and pinion, found in RZR XP 1000 steering parts (4-seat: RZR XP 4 1000 steering parts). Add power steering from the same category to make big tires easy to turn.

Installation

Remove the stock tie rods, install the inner ball and sockets and steel bars with thread locker, attach the heim ends, and set toe. Instructions are below.
