Fixes the Common Failure Point
The threads where tie rod ends meet the rods are where stock kits usually fail. Moving to 3/4" threads on both ends makes that connection much stronger and more durable.
Which Rack It Fits
Choose your year in the menu. For 2016 machines, this kit works only with a RackBoss 2.0 steering rack. For 2017-2021, it fits the OEM racks (Polaris 1824747 and 1824339) or a RackBoss 2.0.
Why Stock Tie Rods Give Up
Every bump and rock the front tires hit gets pushed through the tie rods. Larger, heavier tires add leverage, and over time thin stock rods bend and the ends develop slop. That's when the steering starts to wander and the machine feels loose at speed. Solid 1" bars and larger threads stop that bending and keep the steering feeling tight.

Installation Notes
Set the new tie rods to stock length, install them, then have the alignment checked. Toe can be adjusted later without taking the rods apart.
