Portals, big lifts and oversized tires put leverage on the Polaris RZR XP Turbo frame that it was never designed to carry, and the result can be a bent frame. This Frame Stiffener reinforces the frame's weak points with 4.5 mm heavy-duty steel plate, adding support and stability so you can run an 8" portal lift or huge tires through tall rocks, bounty holes and deep water crossings. It's powder coated for durability and fits the 2016-2021 XP Turbo and XP 4 Turbo.

Why a Portal Build Needs One
Portal gear lifts move the wheel further from the frame and add a lot of leverage to every hit. Combined with heavy tires, those loads concentrate at the frame's weak spots. The stiffener spreads them out, and portal kits for the RZR recommend running a stiffener for exactly this reason.

Not compatible with the FSP-P-RZR1K or FSP-P-RZRXPT full skid plates. If you run one of those skids, check fitment before ordering.
