A big lift, portals and huge tires add a lot of weight and leverage at the hubs of a Polaris RZR XP Turbo, and every rut and mud hole tries to fold the front suspension. These Track Bars give the front suspension a second anchor to the frame, virtually doubling its strength so you can hit bigger bumps with bigger tires without crumpling your A-arms.
Highlights
- Virtually doubles front suspension strength
- Bars made of 1.25" diameter steel tubing
- Heavy-duty heims
- 1/8" steel plate frame mount
- Double-axis design keeps full travel without binding
- Bolt-on clamps, no welding needed
Pick Your Setup
These track bars are designed for one of two setups. Choose "7-10 inch suspension lift kit" or "1.5 inch Forward Offset A-Arms" in the menu so you get the right bars and instructions.
Engineering That Matters
Track bars are tricky to get right. Placed poorly, they cost ground clearance, suspension travel or strength. A double-axis design maintains proper 3-point geometry so you keep full travel with no binding, plus maximum strength and clearance.
Beefy Clamps, Minimal Clearance Loss
The clamps are big and strong enough that welding isn't needed when they're properly installed, yet they hang down only a couple of inches to keep clearance loss small.
Why Unsprung Weight Matters
Portals and big tires add weight below the springs, and that weight multiplies the force on the A-arms every time the wheel hits something. Spreading that force into the frame through the track bars protects your suspension investment.
Frame Compatibility
These track bars are only compatible with machines that have 2-piece frames.
Built for Lifted, Loaded Machines
Once you've invested in a big lift, portals and tractor-size tires, the last thing you want is a bent A-arm cutting a ride short. These bars are built for exactly that kind of machine. They let you ride it as hard as it was built to be ridden, through mud holes and ruts that would otherwise put the front suspension at risk.
Proven Through Testing
The design comes from experience, technology and testing, not guesswork, so you get the strength gain without giving up travel or clearance.
Choosing the right setup in the menu matters, because the bar length and mounting differ between the lift kit and offset A-arm versions.
