A broken front A-arm is one of the quickest ways to turn a good day into a long walk. These High Clearance 1.5" Forward Offset A-Arms for the Polaris RZR XP Turbo use 1.25" steel tubing that's 25% larger than the factory arms, a bent shape that lifts them 1.5" higher off the ground, and a 1.5" forward offset that gives bigger tires room to turn. The wheelbase gets a little longer too, which settles the machine down when the trail gets rough.
Highlights
- 1.5" forward offset for larger tires and a longer wheelbase
- 1.5" of added ground clearance from the bent design
- Fits tires up to 32" with no lift
- 1.25" steel tube, 25% larger than OEM
- Adjustable upper pivot blocks, preset to OEM specs
- UHMW bushings preinstalled at no extra cost
- UV-resistant powder coat in black, red or Voodoo Blue
- Optional preinstalled ball joints
- Lifetime A-arm warranty from the manufacturer
The Steel Version of a Popular Arm
This is the steel-tube version of the 1.5" forward offset arm. It has the same clearance and offset idea as the chromoly arms, at a lower price, which makes it a strong choice for trail riders who want more room and strength than stock without paying for chromoly. It ships with the same bushing and pivot block setup, so installation is just as straightforward.
More Clearance, More Stability
Factory arms run straight out from the frame. These have a bend that raises the arm body, so swapping them on gains 1.5" of clearance for rocks, stumps and ruts. The forward offset moves the wheel ahead to clear larger tires and lengthens the wheelbase for a steadier ride, all without the higher center of gravity of a lift kit.
Built to Go the Distance
The 1.25" tubing is visibly bigger than stock and much harder to bend. The powder coat resists UV, chips and corrosion, so the arms keep looking good. UHMW bushings come installed: they're nearly indestructible, practically frictionless and self-lubricating, which means less maintenance and a suspension that gets smoother as you ride.
Camber Your Way
Correct camber helps prevent premature tire wear. The pivot blocks are adjustable so you can set camber for larger tires or extra weight, and they ship preset to factory specs, so there's nothing to fiddle with on a stock machine.
Ball Joint Options
Choose Super Duty 300M, Heavy-Duty 4340 chromoly, Standard Duty or Keller Performance ball joints to have them installed before the arms ship. If you skip this option, plan to reuse your stock ball joints.
Fitment Notes
- Fits 2016-2021 RZR XP Turbo and XP 4 Turbo
- 2017 and newer machines need 1" wheel spacers when running stock wheels

Who It's For and What Pairs Well
Good for Turbo owners running stock-size tires up to 32" who want tougher, higher arms on a budget. If you're adding a lift kit or bigger tires, look at RZR XP Turbo axles, and pair the arms with stronger steering from RZR XP Turbo steering parts.
