Sand, dust and bugs hit hard at Turbo S speeds, and plastic windshields eventually show it. This DOT-approved Glass Windshield for the Polaris RZR XP Turbo S uses laminated safety glass that shrugs off scratches, so the view stays clear for years. It adds a manual wiper and a built-in vent, with a light tint that cuts glare without making things dark.
Highlights
- DOT-approved laminated safety glass
- Light tint reduces glare
- Widest possible viewing area
- Manual wiper included, offset toward the driver
- Built-in vent with a hand-removable cover
- Powder-coated frame with Secure Seal clamps, seals and gaskets
- Arrives preassembled
Glass for Scratch Resistance
The big reason to choose glass is that it resists scratching far better than polycarbonate. Blowing sand, thick brush and rooster tails from the rider ahead won't leave those sparkly nicks that catch the sun. If you ride dunes or dusty trails, glass keeps its clarity much longer.
Wiper and Vent
The manual wiper sits off center to give the driver the clearest possible view when rain or mud hits. The vent in the frame lets air in on warm days, and its cover pops in and out by hand when the weather turns.
Sealed Tight, Rattle-Free
Secure Seal technology uses quality clamps, seals and gaskets to keep wind and water from sneaking in around the edges. The windshield comes assembled in its frame, so you press on the seals and clamp it to the cage.
Fitment Notes
- Can be used with most soft or hard tops
- Compatible with side view mirrors
Glass vs. Hard-Coated Polycarbonate
Hard-coated polycarbonate is lighter and nearly unbreakable, and it costs less. Laminated glass is heavier but resists scratching better than any coating and adds a wiper that works well on its surface. If you ride sandy or dusty country often, glass is worth the extra money.
What's in the Box
- Preassembled glass windshield in frame with wiper and vent

Who It's For and What Pairs Well
For riders who want the clearest long-term view and the extra safety of laminated glass, especially in sand or dust. Pair it with a rear windshield and a roof from RZR Turbo S windshields and RZR Turbo S roofs, and add storage from RZR Turbo S cargo racks.
