Solid Steel for Heavy Machines
A solid 1-inch bar doesn't have a hollow center to fold, so it holds its shape when a tire slams into a rock or a rut on a heavy, lifted machine. That makes this kit a strong match for Turbo S builds running big tires, cab enclosures or lots of accessories.
Fixing the Weakest Link
The biggest upgrade is at the ends. Outer chromoly heim joints and inner rebuildable ball and sockets are larger and tougher than stock, and they thread to the rods with 3/4-inch threads. Better ends mean less wear, fewer breakages and steering that stays tight longer. When the inners do wear, they can be rebuilt instead of replaced.
Easy Toe Adjustments
Once the kit is installed, you can fine-tune toe right on the machine without removing any parts. That's handy after a tire size change or a hard hit.

Installation Notes
The kit includes everything down to the zip ties and thread locker, so there's no hardware store run. Install on a RackBoss 2.0 or OEM rack, set toe, and torque to spec. Recheck the jam nuts after the first ride.
