Several Polaris platforms share the same M12 sway bar link, so DRT built one hex bar kit that covers them all. It replaces OEM 1544048 on the RZR Turbo S front, General XP / Deluxe front and Xpedition rear, and OEM 1544333 on the RZR Pro XP front. The adjustable billet 6061-T6 links cut lateral flex and tighten up the handling.
Features and Benefits
- Multi-platform fit: replaces OEM 1544048 and 1544333.

- PTFE-lined rod ends: 3-piece left/right-hand 5/8 in chromoly.

What's in the Box
- Pair of adjustable sway bar links
- PTFE-lined 5/8 in chromoly rod ends
- 303 stainless steel rod end spacers
Who It's For and What Pairs Well
For Turbo S, Pro XP, General XP and Xpedition owners. On a Pro XP, pair it with the rear DRT Polaris RZR Pro XP 2020+ Rear Sway Bar Link Kit (M10).
Installation Notes
Remove one factory sway bar link at a time with the vehicle on its wheels, set the DRT link to the OEM length, and bolt it in. Sway bar links work in pairs, so set both sides to the same length unless you are deliberately preloading the bar, and keep the vehicle on its wheels at ride height when you set them. After install, confirm every jam nut is tight and set with thread locker, and paint-mark each nut so movement is easy to spot. Inspect the jam nuts before every ride. Care: rinse sand and mud off the rod ends after rides and avoid blasting them with a pressure washer at close range. Check the rod ends for play at each service and replace any that feel loose.
