DRT's Fixed Bed Extender replaces it with a rigid tubular steel structure that adds usable cargo space and lets a spare up to 35 inches lie flat on the bed floor. It is CNC laser-cut, formed and welded steel in fine sand-textured black powder coat, and it integrates with DRT tire carrier and chase rack systems.

Installation Notes
Remove the factory tailgate, then mount the extender at the lower tailgate points and to the upper bed-side brackets. Fit the retaining pins and confirm everything is tight. Recheck the hardware after the first ride and at each service interval. Care: rinse off mud and road salt and wash with mild soap. Touch up powder coat chips promptly so the metal underneath stays protected. Load sensibly: spread weight evenly, strap everything down with rated straps, and remember that weight carried high or far behind the rear axle changes how the machine handles.
